IKAD Engineering was established in February 2018 in Khartoum, Sudan, by a group of highly skilled engineers. Recognized across the building construction and infrastructure sectors, IKAD is a privately held company headquartered in Khartoum Al-Manshiya.
Through diverse experience in the construction market, the company has built its knowledge, skills and human resources to meet international standards of time, quality and safety management.

Our Management Team
IKAD is driven by two working directors who together bring more than 10 years of experience in the building industry, covering business development, procurement, project management and administration.
The management team proactively gathers feedback, monitors changes in the business environment, reviews work processes, and communicates policy and key learnings to all staff at regular meetings.

- Core specialty: building construction, finishing and civil works, from structural shell to completion
- Core specialty: complete interior fit-out, including finishes, fixtures and services integration
- Design, installation, inspection and maintenance of fire hydrant, sprinkler, water mist, foam and FM-200 clean agent systems
- Supply and installation of firefighting pump sets, including FM-approved / UL-listed and containerized configurations
- Supply and installation of HVAC and air conditioning equipment from internationally recognized brands
- Water supply pipework, water storage tank installation and pump systems
- Equipment sourcing and supply through established international supplier relationships
